The platform handles the full service workflow: booking management, pre-service technical checks, live streaming, viewer access, post-stream recording and reporting. Administrators control everything remotely — from starting a stream and switching cameras, to sending the family their recording link — without needing to be at the chapel.

All data collected and stored by Legacy Live — including account information, booking records, stream logs, and recordings — is hosted exclusively on Australian servers.
All data is stored in the australia-southeast1 region (Sydney). Your data never leaves Australia.
All connections to Legacy Live — including streams, the admin portal, and viewer pages — are encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL.
Account data is isolated per organisation. Staff users only access the locations and bookings assigned to their account.
