Built for the moments people need to share
Legacy Live gives Australian funeral businesses, churches, celebrants, venues and AV teams one calm, reliable way to manage a booking, go live and keep the recording.
One operating layer for meaningful livestreams
Legacy Live brings bookings, locations, staff, broadcasts, recordings, analytics, galleries and viewer access into one workflow. It is built for teams that need more than a generic video tool.
The platform helps teams bring livestreaming in-house with structured processes instead of stitching together consumer apps, freelance AV callouts and one-off workarounds. It supports funeral workflows with the care they require, while giving churches, celebrants, venues and AV teams the same dependable platform for events.
To make professional livestreaming accessible for the moments people need to share, while giving the teams behind them simple, reliable technology.
Every important moment deserves to be accessible, wherever people are.
Designed around access, reliability, and sustainability
Professional funeral livestreaming can be expensive and operationally difficult. Families may be unable to attend because of distance, international travel, age, health, timing, or financial circumstances. When a service fails, it is not just an inconvenience. It can mean a remote family member misses a moment that cannot be repeated.
Legacy Live exists to lower that operational barrier for the funeral business while widening access for the family. The business model matters because funeral homes need the flexibility to charge for livestreaming, include it, bundle it, or waive it when support is needed — without relying on a costly third-party AV callout for every service.
Help funeral homes offer livestreaming broadly so attendance is not limited only to the people who can physically make it into the room.
Use monitoring, recording, recovery, backup workflows, and controlled operating procedures because a service cannot simply be rerun tomorrow.
Help funeral businesses run livestreaming in-house in a way that is commercially sensible, operationally repeatable, and flexible enough to suit different families.
Built for teams with different operating models
Legacy Live is designed for operators who need one environment for fixed locations, roaming teams, multi-location administration and follow-up after a booking. One subscription can be used across every supported category.
Single-location businesses that want to control livestreaming directly instead of outsourcing every service.
Funeral directors and operators running services across churches, cemeteries, gravesides, and temporary venues.
Purpose-built or council-operated venues that host services on behalf of multiple funeral businesses.
Operators coordinating livestreaming across a smaller network of chapels, staff, and recurring service patterns.
Multi-location funeral organisations standardising operations, governance, and reporting across multiple brands or venues.
Specialist production teams, churches and venues using one workflow for funerals, weddings, baptisms and community events.
Digital infrastructure for meaningful gatherings
The long-term direction for Legacy Live is to become the digital infrastructure behind how organisations connect people before, during and after a meaningful gathering.
That means broadcast operations, recordings, galleries, communication, category-aware presentation and multi-location workflows living inside one purpose-built platform — without pretending unfinished roadmap ideas are already live product features.
